Precautions for marble component assembly

1. Do a good job in the cleaning and cleaning of parts and components. The cleaning work includes canceling the residual sand, rust and slag of the rolling mill. 3. The fitting size of the fitting needs to be correct, and it needs to be rechecked or sampled during assembly. For example, the Journal of the main shaft and bearing joint, the hole of the main shaft box and bearing, the center distance, etc

4. The wheel assembly requires that the axes of the two gears should be on the same plane and parallel to each other, and confirm the normal backlash with axial deviation ≤ 2mm

5. Check the flatness and deformation of the surface layer at the joint. Otherwise, it shall be repaired to remove burrs and protect the connector from inseparable touch, leveling and inclination

6. The seal shall be pressed into the sealing groove in parallel without deformation or damage to the sealing surface

7. The assembly line of the movable pulley stipulates that the center lines of the two movable pulleys must be parallel, and the management center of the movable pulley groove should be positive. Excessive error will cause uneven support force of the belt pulley, resulting in deviation of the drive belt and accelerated damage. Together, V-belts shall be selected and paired before the assembly line, and their length shall be the same, so as to avoid vibration in the whole process of the transmission system

8. Clean the bearing before assembly. The antirust paint shall be washed clean before assembly. When cleaning, pay attention to check whether the raceway and rolling parts are rusty and whether they rotate flexibly. During bearing assembly, apply a layer of lubricant on the surface of mating parts. If the differential pressure is too large during assembly, stop assembly for inspection. When assembling the bearing, the non model end should face inward towards the shoulder. When the bearing is sleeved, the stress direction and position shall be appropriate. Do not apply pressure to the rolling parts of the raceway. It shall be tapped evenly and symmetrically without tapping, so as to confirm that the end face is perpendicular to the axis and the installation is inclined
