Granite ruler, also known as granite ruler, is made of "taishanqing" fine granite through cutting, plane milling, grinding and other processes. It is mainly used to measure the straightness and flatness of workpieces and equipment installation. It can also be used to check the flatness and straightness of machine tool worktable, guide rail and detailed work. It is suitable for industrial production and laboratory measurement
the granite ruler is taken from the excellent underground rock layer. After hundreds of millions of years of natural aging, the shape is extremely stable. There is no need to worry about deformation due to conventional temperature difference
the granite flat ruler is made of fine crystal and hard texture after strict physical test and selection. Because granite is a non-metallic material, it has excellent magnetic reaction and no plastic deformation. Its hardness is good, so it has good accuracy retention
when the granite ruler is in use, even if the rock tool is knocked by heavy objects, at most a few stones will fall off. Granite ruler is superior to the detailed measurement benchmark parts made of cast iron and steel, and can obtain high and stable accuracy. The granite ruler produced by our company can still maintain the original accuracy after being put for one year
the value of marble ruler in measurement has always been praised by users, but in some cases, errors are easy to occur if it is not used properly. How to use marble ruler? Please see the following brief introduction
1. When using, pay attention to the consistency of marble ruler and workpiece temperature. Don't hold the square in your hand for a long time. The physical characteristics of marble should be fully considered to avoid errors
2. Pay attention to the place where the angle ruler is placed during measurement, and no skew is allowed. The angle ruler shall be placed in a plane perpendicular to the intersection line of the two sides forming a right angle, that is, vertically close to the measured workpiece, otherwise there will be measurement difference
3. When in use, put the marble ruler on the working surface of the measured workpiece, and use the light gap method or feeler gauge to identify whether the angle of the workpiece is accurate. When inspecting the outer (inner) angle of the workpiece, make the inner (outer) edge of the square contact with the measured workpiece. When one side of the square is close to the working surface of the workpiece, press it gently without excessive force to avoid changing the angle
4. In order to obtain accurate measurement value, when measuring with a marble ruler, turn the 90 degree angle ruler 180 degrees and repeat it again, and take the arithmetic mean of the two readings as the measurement result. In this way, the deviation of the square itself can be eliminated
